In response to that demand, Hunter Panels was founded in December of 1997. We are the first start-up company to enter the Polyiso industry since 1975, and we do so with a particular mission: to distinguish ourselves as a proactive entrepreneurial manufacturer and a leader in the marketing of our product line. As a stand alone manufacturer, we are focused singularly on that purpose. We have brought together a team of industry professionals who know Polyiso inside and out and who care about being technically proficient and customer driven. Quality is a mantra at Hunter Panels. Hunter Panels serves the North American market with seven, state-of-the-art polyisocyanurate manufacturing facilities located in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Utah and Washington.

Roofing Consultants Institue

RCI, Incorporated is an international association of professional consultants, architects, and engineers who specialize in the specification and design of roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems. Since 1983 RCI members have offered unbiased design, repair planning, quality observance, legal testimony, and general roof management services. In March of 2006, RCI (formerly Roof Consultants Institute) expanded its mission and service scope to include waterproofing and the building envelope. This action reflects the understanding that roofing issues often influence the entire building envelope. It was discovered that in increasing frequency, RCI members are called upon to address building-wide concerns from below-grade to rooftop.

Construction Specification Institute

CSI was founded in March 1948 by the specification writers of government agencies who came together to improve the quality of construction specifications. The Institute’s efforts were essential in improving construction specification quality so that it could meet the demands of the post-war construction boom. Development of specifications best practices, promulgating standards/formats, professional education, and certification were cornerstones of the Institute. The Institute grew quickly to include specification writers in the private sector, design professionals concerned about communicating their vision in construction documents, constructors interested in delivering high-quality facilities, and material suppliers with unique solutions to construction challenges. These construction professionals continue to work together today as CSI members to effectively communicate the designers’ vision, the material producers’ solutions, and the constructors’ techniques to create outstanding facilities that meet facility owners’ objectives.
